Social Security Disability - straight to hearing and forgot countless appeals with lawyers involved.

Created by C.P. on January 31, 2014

as a young stroke survivor i have battled for over 2 yrs to get disability but have had to file several appeals. no one should have to be homeless, lose everything and be on perma hold in order to get help. stop the rejections and have the hearing within a month of the application. the medical records are obtained by social security from the hospitals & doctors directly. review them, hold hearing to see the person and decide even if it's a temp approval with a review in a year or 18 months.
