Social Security for everyone

In today society that one lives he or she is told at the social security office that they are denied just because of how you look when u walk into their office followed by whats in your bank account not knowing if its a family hardship he or she is going through. But now he or she is being told that one cant receive their benefits if he or she isnt a certain age when they are the ones putting in for their social security but now they are saying they are cutting out toldly so the question is then what happends to his or her money that they have put in its unethical and immoral. if thats the case their should be any stipulations .
