Social Security Online Access

Created by E.K. on August 09, 2016

Social Security has added a verification requirement that discriminates against elderly users of the online site. The agency now requires that a user have a text security code to be sent to a user's cell phone in order to access the site. Very many elderly people do not have cell phones, and cannot afford them. This requirement is in violation of my civil rights, and is age discrimination. Social Security must find a better way to enable elderly users to access the site.
