Social Security Reform

If we really want the Federal Government to make the changes necessary to sustain our country for the longer term we need them to feel the same pain the rest of the country feels. For example if we want social security to be saved for generations to come, government officials should have to pay in to the same social security bucket as the rest of the American people, in addition their payments should come from the same bucket. Same for other items like healthcare, etc. They should not be protected from the things that concern and impact the rest of us - middle class/lower class Americans.
