Doctors and Drug companies who disable patients due to neglect. Patients that do not have the ability to sue them due to financial or mental impairment and end up collecting Social Security Disability. Social Security should have a special department to sue on Social Security's behalf and yours. There is no reason taxpayers should pay for their neglect. This would cause Doctors and Drug companies to be more careful. They are destroying our funds.
