We believe that the word "Gif" is a problem facing the American people. The pronunciation may have sociological, economical, and scientific set backs when we, as a unified country cannot have a unified pronunciation. As in the words of the great Abraham Lincon "A house divided against itself cannot stand."
We stand on the firm position that we as a nation must adopt "Gif" as the official pronunciation of the prestated word.
Our steps to achieve this would be:
1. The establishment of Gif Pronuciantion Re-Education Centers. (GPREC)
2. A Department of Homeland Pronucation, which will over see the Federal Intellect Guard (FIG)
3. A 1% federal sales tax to generate money in order to establish and operate the GPREC and FIG.
