If we were to enact a policy that requires all new buildings in the United States that are to be 10 stories or taller starting on the 10th floor install Solar Windows on either every other floor that at least covers 50% or more of the Surface of the windows that get Sun rays and make it optional for all existing buildings that meet the requirements to upgrade with Federal Assiatance we could solve not only the United States dependency on fossil fuels it will help the World with "Global Warming"...
