Any Soldier, Sailor, Marine or Airman that retires from the National Guards, Reserves or similar military component will immediately receive pay and benefits upon such acceptance of said such retirement in the same manner and disbursements as a Soldier, Sailor, Marine or Airman that retires from active duty, but at the current points compensation rate for such retirement.
