Solitary confinement is a horrible thing to do, and is completely useless. It doesn't stop crimes by making them reflect, or lets them know what will happen if this happens again. This creates psychological problems that could lead to more death than what you started with. This is just unneeded taxes for us to pay when they aren't helping. Get rid of solitary confinement.
