I have come up with the solution to capturing lighting.. Also simple in theory
-Create a network of capacitors
-When Lighting touches ground and begins to head back up the capacitors Negative feed receptors are turned on and the lightning is captured..
I am sending these Ideas to the and the entire command structure of the Navy military.. It is my belief that the technology required to activate the capacitors at the exact time when the lighting is traveling back up to the clouds, this type of "targeting technology" is the EXACT same technology necessary for Drones to be equipped with machine gun targeting systems that will have the capacity to shoot down missiles. This is another Idea I have petitioned the Whitehouse, and sent the entire Navy science research command structure
