A solution to the gun problem in America is to have GPS trackers built into every gun in America,or a specific lock and key with GPS in it for guns, something only the owner can take off,A Lock Gun!The GPS will always show the location of the gun, it can be tracked by local police,innercity outreach,military,or president elected group.If the owner wants to use the gun for hunting or target practice,he notifce his local tracker of the GPS so they know it will be moved.If it is moved without notifying the tracker thent he police will be notified immediately and call the owner or track the GPS signal.This strategy could be used to deter the random use of guns of any type or a violent act.There should be penalties for owners violating lock gun.Prevent stealing of guns.Contact tihe30@gmail.com
