Create a lottery for selling homes similar to the state lotteries that are currently in place.Sell lottery tickets versus selling through a real estate company which would include homes in foreclosure, and also existing home sales. Sell "only" enough tickets to: cover pay-off balance, profit seller to equal fair market value prior to crash of 2008, include extra money to winner of home to make needed repairs, realtor expenses, marketing, tickets, percentage to state/fed government, charities.This would end all foreclosures, save credit ratings of people in distress, stop the decrease in value of existing homes, create jobs. Some jobs created: realtors, website designers, construction, printers, lawyers. (20% of job loss is in the construction industry). RESTORE AMERICAN DREAM!
