Solution to U.S. Global Labor/work force beating/competing with the world

The Solution to America beating China and other low cost labor is: To identify labor sectors that are of most benefit to the U.S. and kicks China and other Malicious countries in the balls i.e. electronic building, manufacturing, et cetera and straight up price match subsidize labor cost's of all identified sectors.. Soo for example if China is paying its employees the equivalent of say $2 per hour and the going rate for that job in the U.S. is $20 the subsidized cost then will be $18 from the U.S. to U.S. businesses. This is a huge expense but imagine!! The cost will be augmented with increased tax revenue as will as risk mitigation in case of a war with China Not to mention will make a huge dent in unemployment and long term make America competitive in manufacturing
