It has become apparent that the problems facing America have one root cause: Stupid People.
They are the cause for some of the biggest issues in America today:
-The extreme partisanship that is the cause of gridlock in government today is the direct result of officials elected by a low intelligence populace that cannot discern nuance and live in a world of absolutes where compromise cannot be achieved.
-Mounting emergency room bills by people who cannot put together Ikea furniture without doing grievous injury to themselves and who do not have the intelligence to buy insurance.
We petition Congress to pass a law that requires the immediate mandatory testing of Americans to determine deport those with IQ's lower than 100. (First class airfare to the country of the deportee's choic
