1.) Restoring Clinton era tax rates for those making above 400,000 annually. Do not concede to Boehner's ridiculous proposal.
2.) Establishing a small carbon tax on households making 250,000 or more annually.
3.) Eliminating oil subsidies.
4.) Establishing excise taxes and tariffs on the sale of endangered or unsustainably caught seafood.
(And if all else fails, go over the fiscal cliff and lower tax rates for those making under 250,000 afterwards.)
