Solve the issue with the illegal use of guns.

We the people need to in act laws to allow guns as is our right by the constitution, but those weapons need to be limited to those weapons that are single shot, bolt action, small number of rounds with a bolt action weapon. We the people need to in act laws to hold those, regardless of age, using weapons in an illegal manner, fully accountable and prosecuted under the law as an adult. We the people need to in act laws to mark all gangs, and destructive groups as a menace to society and label them as terrorists and treated as such, prosecuting them to the fullest extent. There should be NO grandfather clauses on the weapons issues, and people turning in semi automatic weapons should be refunded a portion the value or offered a legal weapon in replacement.
