I have an idea to solve the job crisis in USA. If there is a bill saying "if a company is head quartered in USA, then fixed percentage (say 60%) of their back office jobs is reserved for americans". So most of americans who are jobless will get back their jobs. These jobs are of interest for many americans as these jobs involves lesser science and math. Normally meritocracy is compromised if there are reservations, but this happens mostly for R&D jobs, rather than back office jobs, which will lead to healthier atmosphere in US and solving unemployment problem.
