Simply remove punitive and excessively burdensome regulations and taxes for all non incorporated sole proprietorship business that net $50,000 a year or less. Any potential income tax lost will more than be made up for in getting people back to work in their own start up business. Provide protections against punitive lawsuits for these one person start up businesses to encourage Americans to get working again.
