If a cop kills or charges a person(s) unlawfully due to race or religion. That or those cops ability to work in law enforcement ever again will be taken away.
Any case resulting of a cop killing of a person or persons must be reviewed by the legislative, executive and judicial branches. 1 out of 3 branches has the ability to take away a cops rights to work in law enforcement/military ever again.
If it is found that those cops used police brutality against a person. That cop must serve more than 8 years of prison in another states prison.
The following cases must be reviewed by al 3 branches of government: Mike Brown, Luis Rodriguez, Ron Hillstorm, Christian Alberto Sierra, John Crawford and Kwadir Felton.
