with some Federal support encourage the States to make the three year Community College part of the public school system

I strongly believe that any motivated student willing to put the study time in should be provided with a healthy start to their education. Although our Community Colleges do get some support, it is now time to make them public. We need to concentrate on encouraging our youth to recognize their role in the future of our Country.They need to know that we realize that they have a great task ahead of them. Making it feasibe for all is the best way to give our support. The larger corporations can also help with a type of "School Tax" for further education. They have all to gain.
