Some states new requirements on woman's healthcare clinics may cause them to close. States should fund these changes.

There are some states that want to place restriction on clinics not to improve them but to cause them to fail and close.

States should be allowed within reason to require better medical care, but they should also allow time for the rules to take effect. States should also in affect be required to provide the same level of access or better access to the general population.
