Pinky Promises are a big deal and should not be taken lightly. That is why I am proposing the Obama Administration create a law in which a person should be forced to break their own pinky if they are found guilty of breaking a Pinky Promise. If you think this is "cruel and unusual punishment", well then you should of thought about that before you broke your Pinky Promise.
