We the People do not want something this dangerous built in the heart of America. The likelihood of one of these pathogens escaping is 70%, the total number of the population of the United States becoming infected 100%.
The Government Accountability Office questioned the choice of location in a July 2010 draft report for being on the mainland of the U.S., unlike the current Plum Island facility which is located on an island.
