Rescind any state or federal laws that have been enacted against the display of confederate monuments and the flags of the Confederacy to include license plate logos and logos used by patriotic organizations such as the Sons of Confederate Veterans, etc. The newly enacted laws and ordinances were ill-advised and unconstitutional; they are a violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and the laws are themselves racist. The Confederate monuments and flags have been misunderstood and misrepresented. They are not racist emblems; they are part of American history and heritage.
