Space Based Power Generation A petition to allow the formation of any corporation to collect space based energy.

To present to congress a proposal for technology development and job development. The sole source of income and purpose of this exemption be generation of power and no other source of income shall be exempted.
1 To allow the corporation to raise fund free of tax liabilities and all dividends and Capital Gains taxes for period of 25 years. Further no limits are places as to off shore investment and ownership. Must be fully US register Corporation.
2. That the US Government act only as a guarantor purchaser of Power delivered to the US power grid at spot market price as of this date 1/13/2013 less the income paired by any US Utility purchaser of the power at Normal Load generation rate.
3. Further state all employees of such corporation must be located in the United States.
