Explain the impact of the internet, and what it means for humanity past, present and future

On behalf of those who have been navigating the largest source of free information and communication in known history, and because of all others who use it and are affected by it, please explain what free internet access in our public schools means for the children of the generations to come, and explain how under the current government, people have been and are still allowed to be used as resources for schools, statisticians, our country, and alien institutions, the world "alien" here meaning outside of the person's knowledge. Explain how it is possible to use internet technology for productive means and justify its use for terrorism internal and domestic, and if internet technology is going to be around in the future, explain how it will be useful, safe and humane in a timely manner.
