A month ago, the Spanish Supreme court sued ex Chinese Prime Ministers Hu Jintao and Jiang Zemin for their role in the Tibet genocide.
China then threatened Spain with removing investments in the country; and few days later, the governing Spaniard party, the Popular Party (PP) quickly passed a law that decreases the rights that Spanish judges have to condemn violation of Human Rights outside the country's frontiers.
This reform had no support from anyone, but the PP had Absolute Majority in the parliament, so it passed.
So only if Spaniards were directly affected, can the judges investigate.
As a consequence, if Gadafi was alive and came to Spain, he could just sit back on the beach and enjoy life!
And this was done just for money, to satisfy China.
We shall not become a Chinese colony!
