The petition is to help protect the rights of ALL gay/lesbian individuals to live a life free from persecution and segregation due to their sexual preference/lifestyle.
Having read her support of bill S.B. 1062, Michelle Bachman has show herself to be unable to represent the people of Minnesota fairly. Using carefully placed words she tries to make it seem as though she is trying to walk a neutral line in respect to the opposite sides "religious beliefs". But if an individuals human rights are being taken away because someone can hide behind religion then we might as well remember when the country used that flag to defend segregation of colored people.
