Speak out for the need for a new US Constitutional convention. This is the 21st not the 18th century.

We have long ago out grown the original Constitution of our nation. Many of our laws have worked around the Constitution weakening it in order to solve practical and necessary problems of modern governance. the US Supreme court many times must figuritively stand on its head in order to rule on modern legal problems using this 18th century document. The founding fathers always believed that the future would bring change and never saw the Constitution as some religious like icon that must remain forever immutable and unchangeable. It is time for a modern Constitution for a modern 21st century nation that reflects our modern values and needs.
