Spearhead change to safety regs. to include airbags, floatation devices and parachutes for ferries,boats and aircraft.

Require passenger vessels to fitted with emergency airbags inflated to stabilize and float the boat until help arives. Aircraft to be fitted with airbags that not only inflate but then after the event deflate. The cabin air should be replaced, with helium under pressure,to eliminate fire.
