Special Education Services for Inner City Kids

Children in the City of Newark NJ face many educational and living catastrophes on a daily bases. In this case, I am petitioning the government to provide funding for my niece and others like her who are severely mentally ill and uneducated. Avon Avenue School has made no attempts to provide the necessary out of district special education needs for this child and others like her. Instead, they choose to suspend her every other day, watch her fail all of her classes and let her wonder the halls until the day ends. My niece deserves a fighting chance like anyone else. No one is doing their job and eventually, she will become a danger to others. Please help her before it is too late
