Special housing for teenage pregnancy with supervision , dorm style living, instruction for both them and their children

Pregnant teenagers would enter dorm style living quarters
so they could be supervised and learn a living . They could also be counseled on raising a contributing member of our society. Giving subsidized housing and checks to teenagers is a worst case scenario. Here in the small town I live in the girls become pregnant to have a place and their boyfriends to live and are not shy about telling everyone else how ignorant they are for working for a living. It would give them time to get an education and learn skills while saving the taxpayers millions of dollars for separate housing. Their children deserve the chance at a decent life.
They could grow up with help and guidance and learn to be decent people.
