Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I am a civilian contractor working for the US Army and I support various missions in Bagram. I heard that there are many laws which are related to the subject on how to obtain a permanent residence if someone works as a Civilian Contractor in war zone for almost 10 years. Please let me know if there are any possibilities on obtaining a permanent residence through my job as a contractor in the US Army.
I have Indian citizenship and holding Indian passport.
I am 43 years old Male, B1 B2 visa for 10 years. Presently, I am working at US Bagram Air Field supporting the US Army Troops since June 2005.
Previously hold a CAC (Common Access Card) issued by USG.
I am requesting a Special Immigrant Visa under Section INA 203(b)(4) for me and my immediate family.
