Special Needs Individuals Cannot be denied a job due to there capability of not being able to read writing .

We the people state that any company whom will not hire a individual due to Special Needs because they cannot read, write, fill out paperwork themselves but can do the job, preform the job in there fullest capasity as if they didnt have special needs. The company or employer will be fined as discrimination, charged making it completly illegal not to be hired. Individuals that cannot read or write have in the motor vehicles fairness where they are either read to or can go on the computer and pick there choices out. We the people state any francise or restaurant that denies a special needs individual from entering the building or establishment be fined as discrimination, charged making it completely illegal to do so. We the people request whom ever denies these individuals employment jail.
