hi how are you all? nowadays all immigration courts are giving hearing dates after 4 or 5 years for peoples who entered in USA on marriage basis but divorced before removal of conditional status. what is the reason? is all the courts have lots of immigration cases? or peoples in power are not willing to give permanent status to them. They wish like just work and pay tax. Nomore burdan on government.
