speed up the timetable for the military withdrawal of forces from Afghanistan.

With the recent killings by one of our soldiers of Afghan civilians, the unrest in the country, the political unsteadiness of our ally in the President of Afghanistan, and more to the point, continued killings of our soldiers and those of the allied forces in the country by Afghan soldiers, police, and security forces, I believe the time has come for the United States to withdraw all its forces from Afghanistan on an accelerated timetable. I would hope that all forces could be our of the country before winter sets in by the Fall of 2012.
