Spend government funding on more fuel efficient ways in the US to limit pollution and save fossil fuels.

I am trying to have the government spend more of its funding on more efficient ways of transportation to limit the use of fossil fuels and pollution in our country giving us a better world to live in and we would no longer require the use of fossil fuels.
