Spend more money on cancer research than on wars.

Created by A.D. on June 15, 2013

So many more people have died from cancer than from terrorist attacks, so we should cut some funding from wars (over $1.26 trillion) and fund more cancer research (currently about $50 billion).
War is just conflict between a few countries while cancer is attacking worldwide. In the U.S. alone more than 5.61 million people have died from some form of cancer while about 3000 people have died from outside terrorist attacks. If you ask me, all this military funding is just self-centered revenge while if we spend more money on more and better cures for different forms of cancer (starting with more common and deadly forms first) we not only will help ourselves but the world.
