Following the lead of past presidents like John F. Kennedy and George W. Bush, the people believe that the first family should spend more of their spare time at their former home in Chicago rather than in Martha's Vineyard, Hawaii, and other elite locations.
The collateral effect of the President and his family spending time in Chicago might be that young peoples' lives would be saved through the increased visibility of federal agents "in the 'hood." Valerie Jarrett and Eric H. Holder, Jr. could pile on and help the people of Chicago.
