Spending reductition of 10% across the board now that taxes have been increased.

Take all departments and issue an order to reduce their budgets by 10% of last year’s spending. This will allow the cut to be managed in a way that can be handled easily. Then reduce the following budget by 10% for the following year using the numbers from the previous budgets. Notify all department heads of this upcoming action and that will be no wiggle room each department must plan ahead for the next year’s spending. Do this for four years and you President Obama will be remembered in a way that will ravel President Regan and future president will use your example as a guide to bring spending under control.
