In the spirit of honesty and transparency declassify every document held by the US Government older than five years.

To declassify any document older than five years in any area. The people pay for the work and information held and obtained by the government and it's agencies, therefore we the people should be able to review any document so long as it is older than 5 years. No more secrets and if high crimes and misdemeanors be uncovered so be it.
