With the February 2015 resignation of the FDA Commissioner, Margaret A. Hamburg MD, we the people have the opportunity to better protect our food supply, and drug approvals by splitting the $4 billion 2015 President's budget into two administrations, to focus more effectively.

From the 2015 President's Budget, we propose:

Food Administration ($1,904,338,000 total)

- Animal Drugs and Feed $189,536,000
- National Center for Toxicological Research $58,998,000
- Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act $531,527,000

Drug ($2,119,353,000 total)
- Proposed Drug Adminis
- Human Drugs $1,335,840,000
- Biologics $342,639,000
- Devices and Radiological Health $440,874,000
