We the people of Illinois ask that Illinois will be divided along a line drawn between Watseka and Stronghurst. Two seperate states (North Illinois and South Illinois) would serve each area better. It would also allow for seperate budgets, so that each area can fix our financial problems as they see fit. It also allows southern Illinois a voice of its own instead of Cook Counties voice.
