It has become abundantly clear that the justice department is blatantly protecting monopolies. In order to fix all of the wrongs in the telecommunications industry and stimulate innovation and growth in an industry that is being stiffled by monopoly market barriers "we the people" recommend reform in the way of making it illegal to be an internet service provider and a content provider. This would ensure that the only way ISP's make money is to expand and innovate rather than stiffle and mitigate any competetion.
