Respectfully separate New York State into two different states creating a border across the Orange and Putnam County lines. The areas of Orange and Putnam Counties into the downstate areas will continue to be called New York. The areas spreading out above said Counties can be renamed can be renamed using a citizen / elected official committee to come up with a list to be voted on by the citizens.
