Split Obamacare into 2 parts...part 1 and 2..

I ask that we split Obamacare into 2 parts. Everyone will be required to participate in Part 1 for general healthcare. Part 2 will be optional.
Any body can opt out of Part 2.
Part 2 will only concern reproductive medicine. For men this will only be for erectile dysfunction or other reproductive issues...for women this will entail birth control products. or other reproductive issues ..not including abortions. Abortions shall not be covered. All abortions shall be paid by the patient.
