Split the State of Washingon into two separate States. From one side of the Cascades.

Created by A.M. on November 11, 2012

We find that the taxes set up for the State of Washington are mainly for the good of Seattle. Whereas cities like Spokane, Clarkston, Tri Cities and Wenatchee do not recieve the benefits that the Western side of the state recieves. Even the stimulus that was available for Washington State setup so that Seattle could develop light rail from Seattle to Portland. Which would benefit two states and did not benefit the Eastern side of the state at all. Spokane could easily be the Capitol of the East side and Olympia could maintain being the Capitol on the West side. Of course when it comes to federal funding the West side and East side would each recieve their own federal funding. And if you look at our state they are like two different countries. I really feel that this needs to be looked at.
