Advocate for legislation that:
1. Provide for complete transparency by requiring immediate full disclosure of all donors and the amount donated in support of any political campaign or issue whether or not that donation is direct or indirect through third party groups (PACS).
2. Neutralize big money donations by providing matching dollar for dollar government public financing in primary and general elections such that each campaign has access to the same amount of funding. Thus, if one campaign raises less money than another, the shortfall would be made up by the government.
3. Prohibit outside funding from foreign countries or from one state to another so no local election is bought by non-constituents.
4. Provide a web site listing all contributors and the amount contributed.
