The fossil fuel industry is destroying our environment, our health, and our future. We need dramatic and effective measures NOW to reverse the effects of global warming and to eliminate our dependency on fossil fuels and the stranglehold of Big Oil on our economy. Requiring solar panels on all new buildings in the US --whether as rooftop panels or as stand-alone stystems alongside buildings--will contribute to achieving those goals and will create millions of new jobs to bolster the US economy.
