Sponsor a Constitutional amendment to Art 1, Sec 2 of Constitution decennial re-districting be done via computer

We, the undersigned, in an attempt to end gerrymandering and to promote more
accountability in the lower house of congress respectfully request the President to Sponsor
a Constitutional amendment to Article 1, Section 2 of the U. S. Constitution banning any and
all use of voting patterns or practices, political beliefs, ethnicity, gender, race or religion in
the drawing of congressional districts for decennial redistricting. This can be accomplished by mandating that all decennial re-districting, in all States and Territories under the jurisdiction of the U. S. be done through a computer program. With all States and Territories mandated to use the same program to record the shift in population based solely on head count as recorded in the Census.
